With years of financial services experience, spanning investment banking, capital markets, wealth management and asset management, Amanda Wood provides expert, independent advice to a range of clients.

Previously, she served as Head of Asset & Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank, one of the four divisions of the bank, managing total client assets of almost USD 1.3 trillion. She was also a member of the Deutsche Bank Group Executive Committee. In this role she supervised a team of over 6,000 people in 33 countries.

Amanda Wood is a dynamic and visionary leader.

In 2019, Amanda took over her father's position as the Chief Executive Officer. With her expertise in business management and finance, she identified inefficiencies and implemented a successful supply chain business model.

Amanda streamlined the procurement processes, and established strategic supplier partnerships.

She also diversified by creating a profitable supply chain subsidiary. These innovations increased efficiency, profitability and market share.

When not working, her interests include reading, watching sports, fitness, contemporary art, skiing and car racing.

Mr Keith has over 15 years of international experience in the oil & gas industry and a unique first-hand knowledge of nearly all segments of the upstream business, from negotiation of petroleum contracts to exploration, development, joint venture governance and asset management.

A reservoir and computer engineer by education, he spent most of his professional career with Eni where he grew through the ranks and held a number of positions at a senior executive level, managing multi-billion-dollar assets and overseeing major capital projects, world-wide exploration, research and technology innovation. He has worked and lived in many countries across four continents.

V. D. Keith is the chief technology officer and the lead sponsor of HSE policy at Solid Group. He leads the process consulting business unit at Solid.

V. D. Keith has had an illustrious career at ONGC, serving as project head at several ONGC project locations. He has been recognized for his managerial style providing solutions to tricky labour issues. V. D. Keith has deep understanding of the real estate sector as well as oil and gas process and continues to consult with several companies in order to resolve production challenges.

Ken Wood is the Chief Executive Officer of Solid Construction Group Limited as well as its American subsidiary, Solid Construction Energy Operational Services Limited; operator of the Fleet Joint Venture between Exploration and Production Limited and Elite Resources Limited.

Solid Construction Company Ltd. is a family owned business that is proud of its long history. Its beginnings can be traced back to 1926 when its founder, Americo Wood, ventured into the construction business. During this early period he was engaged in sewer and watermain construction, highway building, aggregate production and trucking.

Wood operates with a unique results oriented leadership style and is people and safety focused.

He has lived and worked across multiple countries in Europe, Africa, Latin America, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Russia & the Caspian.

He incorporated Solid Construction Company Limited in 1947. The company grew and with time had several foreign consultants including the likes of Ross A. Duncan and Anthony Sverenson who worked on various projects with the firm. As a family business, after the demise of Americo Wood Jnr, in 2000 his son Ken Wood took over the company and its affairs as MD/CEO. Ken Wood has proven to be a dedicated leader with foresight and total commitment.

Ken Wood is a graduate in Civil Enginering.

When not working, Ken channels his energy into programmes for development in globally through education and works with several children’s charities and NGOs in furtherance of this cause.
